Introduction about the Project:
One of the most important elements and components of the educational system in universities is the student around whom all the academic, educational and administrative roles of the university revolve. Because the university focuses on student and all its initiatives and programs revolve around him, the importance of having entities within the university that communicate with the student after graduation and provide him with assistance in training and preparing him for the labor market. As well as keeping the student in contact with the university to enhance his loyalty to serve the university even after his graduation.
Therefore, this project aims to develop policies and procedures for the work of graduates' units at the colleges with the Center to ensure highly efficient and equal results between the colleges.
Project goals
1. to develop policies and procedures for the graduates units work at colleges to ensure highly efficient and equal results between colleges.
2. Contribute to the creation of graduates' units in colleges that do not have graduates' units.
3. Linking the graduates' units of the faculties to each other and linking them to the graduates' center through an electronic system.
4. Identifying the most important obstacles and difficulties facing work of graduates units at colleges.
5. Identifying the most important opportunities and proposals that enhance the graduates units work at the colleges.
6. Holding periodic meetings between the units and the graduates' center.
Project Outputs
1. Policies and Procedures Manual for the graduates units work at colleges.
2. Activating the role of graduates' units or their representatives at all faculties of the university.
3. Activating the use of an electronic system linking the graduates' center and the graduates' units, as well as the graduates' units with each other.
4. Holding a meeting in each semester between the graduates' center and the graduates' units at the colleges.
5. Identifying the most important obstacles and opportunities that enhance the work of the center and the graduates' units.
