Initiative (towards a conscientious Graduate)

Initiative Idea

The Graduates Center seeks to achieve a set of strategic goals, which were approved in the Center's establishment document. One of the most important of these goals is to support graduates in the field of career guidance in cooperation with the private and public sectors. From this standpoint, an initiative called (towards a conscientious Graduate) has been worked on. This initiative is concerned with educating first-year students of both genders scientifically and professionally, and preparing them to become graduates aware of their capabilities and decisions that determine the future of their scientific and professional life.

Overall Goal of the Initiative

Preparing a graduate that is aware of his decisions and skills, and knows how to use them in choosing the scientific and professional path suitable for the labor market.

 Specific Goals

• Assisting the student in selecting the appropriate specialization, according to his inclinations and skills.

• Assisting the student in determining the appropriate professional path, according to the new work directions.

• Conducting tests that measure the level of intelligence, tendencies, and scientific and practical trends.

• Introducing students to the programs related to qualifying them for the labor market.
